On 2/23, the RNP Ombudsman's Office was inaugurated, a new institutional channel for requests for information, action, praise, complaints and reporting, for internal employees, the RNP System community and society as a whole. The objective of the project is to strengthen RNP's commitment to Ethics and Transparency, two values ​​present in the organizational culture. 

The channel for receiving manifestations is provided by an external company, Deloitte, guaranteeing impartiality, confidentiality and security of information. 

“The Ombudsman's Office is a listening channel that aims to be a mediator between the organization and society, acting ethically, independently, with discretion and in an empathetic and peaceful manner”, stated Information Manager, Vanessa Macedo. 

“When an organization sets out to implement an Ombudsman, it is a very serious channel, with a lot of responsibility. It represents a level of maturity and an instrument of dialogue before society”, declared the director of People, Administration and Finance, José Luiz Ribeiro Filho.  

“The Ombudsman's Office will consolidate the culture of active listening at RNP and help us so that we can improve our Governance”, added the general director, Nelson Simões.
