We communicate that, during the first half of January 2023, RNP faced problems with service unavailability in links contracted with the responsible operator, for several units of its customers, located in the states AC, MG, RJ, RS and SP. 

This scenario was the result of a lack of understanding by the partner operator during the contract renewal process, improperly proceeding with the cancellation of links.

We inform you that all affected circuits were reestablished between 1/12 and 1/15/2023.
