RNP will talk about internet at the 74th SBPC Annual Meeting
The National Education and Research Network (RNP) will participate in the 74th Annual Meeting of the Brazilian Society for the Progress of Science (SBPC), which will be held from 7/24 to 7/30 at the four campuses of the University of Brasília (UnB): Darcy Ribeiro , Ceilândia, Gama and Planaltina. The event will have a hybrid format, with hundreds of activities between virtual and face-to-face. And the best: registration is free and can be done here. Those who register at UnB during the event will receive an online certificate (check out the registration rules).
RNP's general director, Nelson Simões, will participate in the panel “Internet in Brazil: Challenges for Public Policies”, on 7/26, at 4 pm. You can follow the chat through the SBPC channel on YouTube.
RNP will be present on Avenida da Ciência, along with other institutions linked to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI). In our space, visitors can learn a little more about RNP and our work in favor of education, research and innovation in the country.
About the 74th SBPC Annual Meeting
National Sovereignty”, in reference to the year that marks the bicentenary of the Independence of Brazil and the centenary of the Week of Modern Art. 44 conferences, 80 round tables, 54 panels, 14 web mini-courses and 10 special sessions are scheduled, in addition to meeting, assembly, book launch and exhibitions. There will also be attractions such as SBPC Jovem (exhibition aimed at elementary school students and the general public), ExpoT&C (science and technology exhibition), SBPC Cultural (presentation of regional artistic activities and discussions on themes related to arts and culture ) and the SBPC Goes to School program.
